My patio door, the tilt and slide type, had come adrift at the top, and was only stopped from falling over by the vertical blinds. after contacting a window firm who said they couldn't help, I went onto yell.com and found this company. I rang and explained the problem, a time to suit myself was arranged and the problem sorted very efficiently. He also replaced a euro lock with the anti-snap type for only the cost of the lock. Very satisfied.

The lock on our upvc door broke during the Christmas break so after a quick Google we rang Stephen. He arrived quickly and did a fantastic job for a fair price; in fact he was so good we asked him to replace our back door lock while he was here. He even provided us with a key for the double glazed windows as we were never given one by the previous owners when we bought the house. The door locked in the shut position fortunately with me on the inside. Stephen effected entry within seconds and the mechanism was replaced within minutes all with friendly effeciency. Door hinges also adjusted and the cost as quoted. Old bits taken away. Couldn't have been better.

Home from Tesco with 4 bags of shopping, could we get in the rear door ? absolutely not! After looking on the internet I came across Stephen's site.
